- Our products are packed by hand, with care given to insuring that glass with liquid containers are especially handled and padded for protection. Packages are shipped within 24-72 hours of payment verification, unless out of stock, and we do not back order. After you have selected the type of delivery desired, shipping is direct to you, and we make every effort to make sure your package arrives in a tiely, safe, manner.

- We do not share our information with any other source, and keep all provided information private and secure. Our payment system is private, and no other affiliates have access, nor is it shared.
- Returns & Replacements
- Our packages are well and securly packed, allowing that any breakage after it leaves our hands, and happens during the shippping process is to be addressed by the carrier. We will do our utmost to replace any broken or damaged itms, provided there has not been negligence on behalf of the carrier serivce. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of purchase, if seals are unbroken and product has not been used.

Because our products come from nature,pricing may change without notice, and can be dependant on seaasonal product availability, weather conditions, and market fluctuation. Promotions appear from time to time and are clearly marked with expiration date.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your order, just click on “cart” to see what you have ordered, and to make any changes to your order before you render payment. After order has been placed you may view your order in your account.
- Updating Account Information
- Changing and updating account information is easy, just go to “My Account” and enter the information that you desired to be changed into the correct box, “save” the info, and you’re done.
